アーユルヴェーダで推奨される食材の一つひよこ豆の粉です。
インド風の天ぷらパコラや、郷土菓子ラドゥなどのお菓子に使われます。

シンプルな天ぷらにして岩塩をつけて召し上がっても美味しいですし、ベーキングパウダーと合わせ水で溶いて作った衣を野菜に絡めて揚げ、岩塩とスパイス（チュルナもおすすめ！）をまぶすと簡単においしいパコラ風てんぷらができます！
